Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches each offer unique support to NDIS participants. Both are a vital aspect of Australia's National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Support Coordinators help you navigate the NDIS system, connect with services, and manage your plan effectively. They ensure all your supports work together smoothly. Psychosocial Recovery Coaches focus specifically on mental health. They work alongside you to build your independence, resilience, and life skills, offering tailored support to help you manage mental health challenges and achieve personal goals. Both roles are essential, each bringing a specialized approach to help you live your best life. We serve as your primary contact for NDIS-related matters, help determine your eligibility for services, and advocate for adequate funding to meet your individual needs.
